Every child deserves a passport into the living world.

Roots & Rainboots began with a belief that childhood should include places a child knows deeply—not only places they visit. A shoreline returned to through the seasons. A trail where confidence grows. A patch of ground where questions are welcomed and discoveries become part of a life story.

The Explorer Passport gives that relationship a place to live. It gathers field notes, park stamps, sketches, family memories, scientific observations, and acts of stewardship into a record that becomes more meaningful with time. Around it, Roots & Rainboots builds curriculum, field tools, handcrafted products, and partnerships that help families and educators open the door to nature, science, the humanities, and belonging.
